East Lansing City Council to Meet With Advocacy Groups to Discuss Proposed Camping and Loitering Bans
Council approved an introduction of ordinances banning public camping and loitering in parking areas at Tuesday's meeting. But comments made at the meeting raise doubt council will ever pass the ordinances.

At Tuesday's meeting Grigsby said public backlash against proposed camping and loitering bans "affirmed" his feelings about the proposals.
