East Lansing Repeals Loud Exhaust Portion of Pretextual Stops Ordinance, to Consider Rolling Back Other Provisions

At last night's meeting, council repealed a provision in the city's pretextual stops ordinance that prevented officers to not pull drivers over for loud exhaust. It may roll back more provisions later on.
